Nourishing Smoothie Recipe

1 Whole Banana

A handful of spinach (I have not added it in this photo as I ran out)

400ml Almond milk 

2 scoops Berries n’ Cream GNLD Shake

1 tbsp LSA (Lineseed, Sunflower & Almond)

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

 

Method

Using the blender place the ingredients in this order – Banana, spinach, almond milk, GNLD Shake, LSA & Coconut oil.

Turn on blender and blitz until all combined, serve in a gorgeous glass and top with more LSA & some edible flowers.
