JIN SHIN JYUTSU SELF HELP CHART
Introducing the Jin Shin Jyutsu finger holds, this is a free and easy practice you can do on yourself everyday. It will harmonise and balance your bodies energy. By holding each finger for 5-10 minutes on one hand a day you will notice a big difference in your day and how smoothly it will run because you are simply balanced. When your body is balanced you are will feel happier and you wont have any hiccups in your day like getting a parking fine, running late to a really important appointment, you can not find that one sock you really need to wear and I am sure there are many more examples you can think of that create that "bad start to your day" feeling.
You can do it how ever you like whether it be 5 minutes on each finger; on both hands or you do one hand for 10 minutes each finger in bed in the am or through out your day when you are in a meeting or watching TV.
Why you should start now?
It will keep you looking younger.
This is an important part of peoples lives today to stay healthy (more on this later).

If you are balanced it is so much easier to be happy.
1 hour of your daily routine (that is all), I personally do mine in the morning before I get out of bed. I find that it works best because then I start my day feeling 110%.
