Time to tell you what I have learnt in my life so far about health, wellbeing and happiness. Obviously I have done absolutely no study around health, wellbeing and happiness but I am generally so interested in it because of my journey though my life so far; also seeing & listening to others speak about their issues with themselves inspires me to learn more so I can help them more.

#Listen to your body & yourself.
Health, wellbeing and happiness has now become so clear and simple to me through meeting people with backgrounds in health and wellbeing. For example - Jin Shin Jystu, GNLD, Naturopaths, Doctors, Nutritionists, wellness consultants, I have read a tone of books on this topic, I have listened to different people speak about it.. the list truly goes on. I am constantly doing my own research everyday of my life. So, I thought why not share my story and what I learn on a daily bases to you. I will write about different topics I have learnt about.
REMEMBER: This is strictly what I have learnt and please do not listen solely to me as I am not a health professional. I am purely writing about the things I have learnt, if you have any questions about health professionals; I have a tone that I can happily recommend/personally use or used.
