SAUTEED ZUCCHINI WITH SPICED EGGS
Nothing beats a good quick delicious breakfast in the morning, as it is the most important meal of the day of course.
I have created this recipe for an alkaling effect on the body (one protein and loads of greens) and easy to digest. It is really important for the digestive system to only have one protein pre meal not 3 different ones. Also make sure you use coconut oil to cook not olive oil or any other oils.
This is a yummy way to get a good vegetable intake at breakfast as toast and eggs is not the best thing for your digestive system as you body find it really hard to digest starchy carbohydrate and a protein together.
Sautéed Zucchini with spiced eggs
Feeds 1 hungry person(takes about 10 minutes)
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 whole zucchini (grated)
1/2 tsp or 1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
A handful of Micro Herbs
Sea Salt and pepper
Heat your coconut oil in a medium size pan on a medium heat, while thats heating up grate a whole zucchini. Add Zucchini to your coconut oil in the pan and cook until soft and fragrant.
Make 2 wholes in the middle of your zucchini in the pan. Crack and add your eggs and sprinkle the garlic, paprika on top. Cook for about 5 minutes or until eggs are cook to your desire. You can always flip it if you like your eggs cook right through.
Serve with Micro herbs, sea salt and pepper.
Source of my ingredients:
Simply organic spices
I recommend using a good Himalyian sea salt not table salt
Organic eggs because have you watch how horrific they farm the non free range chickens?!
