Why you should say "NO" to water with your meals

 

Everyone these days seems to have a habit of yes I will have a coffee then moves on to the water all ready poured for you on your table at your favourite cafe or dinner spot. It is just what society just automatically does with out even knowing why?   

To keep it short and simple to why you shouldn't drink water with your meals.... 

You're stomach has a ph level of 1.9 (so acidic if you touched the inside of your stomach you would burn your hand). Water has a ph level of 7 with is neutral. This means when your eating your food and drinking your water at the same time you are neutralising your stomach acids. Your stomach then is unable to brake down your food properly. 

JUST SAY "NO" AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE AFTER YOUR MEAL.

Try to drink 30 minutes either side of your meals. Or if you have trouble digesting your food in the first place drink warm fresh lemon juice & water. This will help to stimulate the production of your stomach acids. If you do drink fresh lemon juice & water make sure you brush your teeth 20 minutes after your meal because the lemon can cause long term damage to your teeth enamel.
